Our manufacturing partner, Redline Chambers, manufactured this custom large (8.5 ft. x 4 ft.) ultra-high vacuum chamber for a customer's deposition process. The vacuum chamber was made from 304 stainless steel with an electropolished finish to meet the UHV level requirement. It also features water cooling channels in the chamber walls and a heated platen on the bottom. 

Redline is capable of producing even larger vacuum chambers with diameters of over 20 feet and lengths of 40 feet (they make small chambers too). They also produce turn-key vacuum systems including thermal vacuum (TVAC) systems for space simulation testing of spacecraft instruments and satellites, as well as systems for many other applications, including freeze drying, thin film coating, altitude testing, degassing, and more.
